Amanda Nicole Return Policy


We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from us. If a product purchased at Amanda Nicole does not meet your expectations, you may return it with receipt within 30 days of purchase for a refund or merchandise credit. We will not accept any returns without a receipt. Returned products must be in new condition, be in original packaging and include all original parts. Restocking fees may apply.

Before returning a product to, please email us at sales@amanda-nicole.com for a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.  Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. 

Many of our products are backed by the manufacturer's warranty.  Specific warranty information for each item can be found on or in the original packaging that your product came in. 

Exceptions for Special Product Categories:

Non-returnable personal care products: For reasons of consumer protection and health codes, certain personal care products may not be returned. These items include, without limitation:  support/seat cushions, spa products, healthcare products, grooming products, and food products. 

IMPORTANT: Any product that has been misused or that shows any signs of extensive use may not be returned or exchanged. This includes but is not limited to products that:

·  Are weather damaged from extended outdoor exposure.

·  Are not maintained per manufacturer's instructions.

·  Have been used commercially.

·  Have cut wiring or damaged components.

·  Have missing pieces or parts.

Amanda Nicole reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy.

IMPORTANT: Returning a product that is not in resalable condition and/or without a Return Merchandise Authorization risks forfeiture of product.
